The Wake Institute is very proud of our Buckeye Wake Team this season! The kids progressed so much over the summer, every single team member claimed a spot on the podium at some point this season.  A special shout out to Harrison for winning Ripcurls grom search this year and Jenn Evans for all of her podium wins that lead her to win quest for gold again this season!  Good work kids!

The Wake Insitute is so proud of the Buckeye Team and their participation at the Canadian National Wakeboard competition in Peterborough Ontario. The entire team was there in full force cheering for each other and letting everyone know the meaning of team this season. We are proud of all our coaches and students whom competed this year with a special props to National Champion Jenn Evans!

Today we did a photo shoot with our star pupil Emily Tenwesteniend. Emily’s progression at the wake institute has been a great thing to watch. She landed her first back roll at one of our clinics taught by professor Erika and now she is a competitive athlete landing inverts in competitions around the province. Not only has Emily been stomping new tricks but she’s developing her style and rail riding abilities as well. We all wish her luck this season!
